Hala is linking psychology to coaching and business practices, She is currently under postgraduate psychology master studies in Ein Shams university.

Program Overview:
Our Train The Trainer online training is a full learning journey that will enrich your Training delivery experience.
You will practice the training delivery skills in addition you will practice the whole training journey starting from preparation for the content and audience engagement techniques, moving to practicing the core training competencies for the professional trainers till the last stage of the training closure which is assessment and feedback for your training.

Final assessment
To sum up your learning journey you will go through a final assessment that measures your learning progress. You will receive a detailed feedback that enables you to create a Personal Development Plan for your training skills.
After diploma Coaching & Feedback
We will continue providing support for your development after the training. we will be monitoring one of your practices as a trainer then will provide a tailor coaching and feedback so that you can monitor your growth plan and overall transformation.
