As a Gender Equality and Diversity Professional, she is helping organizations enrich their Well-Being approach towards their employees.

Hala has delivered 10,000+ hours of training for different companies covering Management and Human Development topics, with a wide experience in helping organizations design their structures, create Training Needs Analysis and Leadership Development Programs through her HR Consultations following the best practice.

She has coached 1000+ in one-to-one Executive Coaching and group coaching sessions. Additionally, she has delivered 10.000+ hours of various leadership and soft skills programs.

Also as an assessor, Hala masters designing Assessment Centers that measure both behavioral and technical skills for the entire company.

About the founder

Hala Atef: Hala has 17 years + of working experience in the field of Human Development. Main functions; Human Resources, Leadership development, Customer Centricity, Women Empowerment, Gender Diversity.

Hala is a certified ICF Executive and Group coach besides her IBPDA life coaching accreditation. she has coached 1000+ in one-to-one Executive Coaching and group coaching sessions.

  • In coaching Hala masters helping people identify their goals, overcome their internal obstacles to reach their full potentials.
  • She also delivered 8000+ hours of trainings for different industries covering Leadership and Human Development topics. Sample of delivered trainings: Performance coaching – leadership coaching – Train the trainer – Business Etiquette for Management team in addition to the general soft skills courses.
  • Hala has wide experience with the leadership development programs. She has engaged in various leadership activities such as; designing and managing Leadership Group Mentoring program, One to One Executive Coaching, Group Executive Coaching.
  • As Hala is passionate about psychology as she brings her master studies in psychology and coaching to the professional and personal development. Sample of her psychology studies; the Psychodrama – the psychological diagnostic tools – Enneagram besides she is currently preparing her psychology master in healing trauma to overcome current patterns from the Egyptian collage of Ein Shams .
  • Hala is interested in Women Empowerment and she has been certified as a Gender Equality from GIZ – 2020. She is helping organizations practically amend their rules and polices to provide fair opportunities to participate in organizations success
  • She has delivered a various training for entrepreneur girls and women to boost their self-confidence, challenge limiting beliefs and put a PDP – Personal Development Plan to become a successful leader.
  • Hala believes in what is working so she always use a practice approaches with her customers whether in psychometric assessments for individuals or through best practices for corporate
